No, and there probably won't be any time for at least a month (at best).
TLS is waiting for PKIX part 1, which just went into working group last
call two days ago. There's a few weeks for that, then a few weeks for IESG
last call, then publishing by the RFC Editor. Of course, there are likely
to be other delays, particularly since we started arguing about
internationalization and backwards compatibility.
