I am building such an application in BT and am very much handicapped by this
facility not yet  available in the current Worldtalk/ICL product/protocol
converter.
So much that we had to build our own version of ldapsearch using dap paging
to achieve the same thing .

I do speak for BT when I state that I can't wait for this to be part of the
supported product set.
