Enhancement request: Add capability to slapd to log to a local file with log rotation features. Log format should not change from syslog-generated log style.

Enhancement Request: slapd should be capable of logging to a local file. The format should be identical to that provided by the syslog facility and there should be integration with the log rotate utility.
