openldap + corporate time

I've had a tough time trying to integrate openldap
2.1.22 with (steltor/oracle) corporate time server
5.2.  I followed the steps described in
http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/194.html but
still could not figure out how to make them work
together.  If someone could point out to me the
gotchas or any pointers, I'd appreciate it.
