Ok now it's work : the correct env variable is LIBPATH

export LIBPATH=/usr/local/lib

But you have to reconfigure the dynamic library cache
under AIX too.
Probability a other procedure, but I am sure that this is
the reason.
Consult the man pages for "ld" or "ldconfig".
There are man pages under AIX ?!
