This is a very ambiguous question. AD is not LDAP, so it's hard to really answer this. Generally one would need to export their database into LDIF format, and then remove all the junk that's AD specific. If you're looking to replicate AD functionality, then you likely need to look at the Samba project, rather than OpenLDAP.
