Hi there. I have a setup of two servers in mirror mode.
What is the best policy for backup.
Currently i am dumping the DIT using slapcat every midnight.
Is there another way to be able to take more frequent backups?
Is there an incremental backup feature?

slapcat is the canonical "backup" tool; it's not incremental, but it may well qualify as "best policy" to have somewhere in your architecture. If you're looking for continuous recovery capabilities, perhaps a configuration with (geographically-distributed?) standby replicas may suffice? (Honestly, I'm not sure I see a difference between the majority of other program's proprietary "incremental" tools and a not-as-proprietary, open-spec syncrepl feed.)

Obviously, additional replicas in no way prohibit the use of slapcat.

Thank you in advance.
