Check the manual; loglevel (olcLogLevel) can take a symbolic list of
log features to enable.  The candidate warnings will always be there,
but operations attempted appear with the 'stats' log.

We highly recommend using at least

olcLogLevel: stats

in any bug reports so that can tell what's going on. Other log levels
should be in addition to the stats report.
