It seems that the RDN in your example above is taken from RFC 4514.

OpenLDAP does strict schema checking on a all DN components.
=> You should ensure that either 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.0 is declared as an
AttributeTypeDescription in your subschema or to use another attribute type
already existing in your subschema.
