One can extend this to all sorts of attributs (email-Adresses, etc). 
this leds to the fact, that triggers are missing in OpenLDAP.

We user the same sort of "shell-script-daemon" to implement 
such "triggers" via inotify ... but thats more than sub-optimal ;-)

I would be very glad to get this sort of overlay, possibly extended to 
the idea of trigger to any attribute .
