Note that the "+" operator, in the
<http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/1133.html> FAQ entry is listed
along with the <conj> operators, but I'm considering the possibility to
move it in a separate group of operators, because it should have higher
precedence wrt "&" and "|".  In general, sets should be considered
experimental and subjected to changes within minor versions.
