slapd.conf for slaves

I want to use three servers for openldap. ldap, ldap2 and ldap3. ldap is my master and ldap2 and 3 are slaves. ldap and ldap2 have been on the network and am adding ldap3. Do I add an entry to the slapd.conf file for ldap3 on my master server that says replica host=ldap3 binddn etc.etc.? It already has an entry for ldap2. I am pretty new at this, so Ive been searching google and cannot find what Ive been looking for.
