0x45 (LDAP_NO_OBJECT_CLASS_MODS) what can I do?

Hi list,

now I am trying to setup openldap for a better support MS/Outlook...
I was following the steps in the site

summarizing  I created a new schema and I added it in the 
/etc/ldap/slapd.conf

afterwards I try to add an objectClass of the type officePerson to an 
inetOrgPerson entry and I get the 0x45 error but I don't know what to 
do, I know the error means that It couldn't achieve the task but I don't 
know where to look for the reasons.

any suggestion? what should I check?
