I beleive you should be using

List-Archive: <http://www.OpenLDAP.org/lists/openldap-software/>
List-Help: <mailto:openldap-software-request@OpenLDAP.org?body=help>
List-Unsubscribe: 
<mailto:openldap-software-request@OpenLDAP.org?body=unsubscribe>

Note that it's 'software' rather than 'list'.
