goto ftp://ftp.open-it.org/pub/redhat7.3/SRPMS/
there is a n openldap-2.1.22-1.src.rpm file that will build on RH 7.x
systems.. It contains BDB 4.1.25..
Btu you really should upgrade to at least RedHat 7.3.. Though there are
no more official updates from RH.. for the 7.x series..
