Encrypt stuff

Hi,
I made a personal schema with binary and text attributes and I use my directory
with JNDI. Every entry has username and other attributes but WITHOUT user password.
The password is store elsewhere.
Now I want to encrypt one attributes with this password and then store it in
directory, Do I have to use Java JCE or may I do it with openLDAP directly?
I don't want hashing but encryption for example with 3DES, AES or BlowFish,
