Replication problem

Hi All!

I have a problem I can't find out enough about to be able to solve.  I have two 2.1.25 servers a "master" and "slave" which are identically configured
except for the rootdn.  The master server is logging the changes and slurpd is sending them to the slave but adds are failing as shown below.
