Attribute dc must have the same value as RDN.

This example should run

dn: dc=dfi,dc=state,dc=wi,dc=us
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
dc: dfi
o: State of Wisconsin

or

dn: dc=dfi.state.wi.us, dc=state,dc=wi,dc=us
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
dc: dfi.state.wi.us
o: State of Wisconsin
