Cannot migrate passwd.ldif

Hi,

I just migrated hosts, bases, and groups ldif, but I have a issue with
password.ldif. Any idea?

[root@ldaps MigrationTools-44]# /usr/local/bin/ldapadd -x -D
"cn=Manager,dc=clunet,dc=
edu" -W -f passwd.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
