how to use slurpd to copy a subtree

hi,

anybody could tell me how to use slurpd, to copy a subtree of a LDBMs to
another subtree of another LDBMS? that is, if I wanna copy all new changes
of subtree "o=subtree,o=Company,dc=xxx,dc=com" of LDBM1 to subtree
"o=changes,o=company,dc=xxx,dc=com" of LDBM2, and the rootdn of both LDBM1
and LDBM2 are "dc=xxx,dc=com". is the destination dn must obey the same
structure of the origin ? how shall I do?
thank you very much !!!
