Sorry, reading my last email I decided that it was meaningless. What I attempt to say is that you should not connect to replica binding to updatedn.

Hello,

I set up a master and replica server. 
The replica-slapd.conf contains the updatedn and updateref lines.
but the replica performs updates instead of returning the master-URL.

Any suggestions
