mailserver

Hello,
I just setted up a ldap server version 2.0.23 on redhat linux 7.2
Now i want to set up a mailserver and i searched on the internet but i find
lots of mailservers and 
as i'm quite new to this stuff, I don't know which one would be the best.
There are about 25 users who would use the mailserver so not very much.
And if i set up a mailserver, do i have to add a line then to the
core.schema file?
I mean to the ojbectclass person because now it's like:
objectclass ( 2.5.6.6 NAME 'person' SUP top STRUCTURAL
	MUST ( sn $ cn )
	MAY ( userPassword $ telephoneNumber $ seeAlso $ description ) )

so no emailadress is possible
