I have setup two servers for our ldap at work. our primary guy running both slapd and slurpd to update the secondary ldap server. i have setup the clients with host primary.ldap.com secondary.ldap.com When i take the primary guy down, the clients doesn't ask the second ldap server ? What have you done to make slapd two ldap servers work together if one fails ? Thanks.
