Forcing use of TLS on port 389?

Hi...

  When running slapd with TLS on port 389, am I correct to assume that it
will also respond to non SSL requests?  I'd like to not do that, i.e. only
respond if a tls start was initiated to port 389.  Or - if I want this, should
I just run lapds (port 636).

  The goal would be to not allow any clear text data (ldap) transmissions.
