ldap V3 and european accent

Hello all,

If someone has problem with european accent I tried something
which seems to function quite well !

When I define attribut which contain european accent I use the definition 
below:

EQUALITY octetStringMatch
SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.40{128}
