Underscore in att. type invalid? (2.0.14)

I noticed, after upgrading the test server to 2.0.14, that the underscore is
nolonger allowed as an attribute type name. Is this a bug or is this for real?
If so, there's going to be a lot of editing to be done.

Starting slapd:/usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/jeffit-at.schema: line 151:
Invalid NAME: "( 1.3.6.1.4.1.10284.1.3.20 NAME 'tjuStreet1_1' DESC 'Primary
Address Line 1' EQUALITY caseIgnoreIA5Match SYNTAX
1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.26{35} )"

When I change it to tjuStreet11 it works fine, and moves on to the next
problem (tjuStreet1_2). The old (stable) openldap 2.0.11 doesnt have this
problem.

The following is the attribute type definition.

attributeType ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.10284.1.3.20
        NAME 'tjuStreet1_1'
        DESC 'Primary Address Line 1'
        EQUALITY caseIgnoreIA5Match
        SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.26{35}
 )
