Re: Problem importing shadowAccount ldif file

hi:
I think the problem is with the homeDirectory attr. , if you delete it from your ldif file ,then all is ok !! I have the same problem when I integrity the OpenLDAP and qmail system , I search all the schema which OpenLDAP support and found nothing .

I'm having problems importing the following ldif file into OpenLDAP:

"#Adding a ShadowAccount
dn: uid=johnh,ou=services,dc=texarkana,dc=txed,dc=net
objectClass: top
objectClass: account
objectClass: shadowAccount
uid: johnh
cn: John Humphrey
userPassword: {crypt}$1$TueBpBUH$6Lg/XO4fPds/Pv8NpLtf5/
uidNumber:500
gidNumber:500
homeDirectory: /home/johnh
loginShell: /bin/bash"

I get an "undefined attribute type" error message.
I'm running OpenLDAP 2.0.7 on a Red Hat 7.0 server.
I compiled with "./configure --with-kerberos, make, make install"
Any help would be appreciated.
