Who to grant access to?

Or entities can be specified by a regular expression matching the
client's IP address or domain name:

     addr=<regular expression>
     domain=<regular expression>

Any one know where can I have a listing of ALL the available entities
keyword that I can use with the the ACL and what <regular expression>
above means?  Example, addr=10.1.1.* or domain=*.abc.com?
