How can I create a group?!?

Please,

    I need it... I'm trying create a group of users in ldap but when I
send by netscape it says that, user is unknown.... so ...

dn: cn=test
cn: teste
description: test
objectclass: top
objectclass: groupOfNames
member: cn=teste,mail=test@test.com
member: cn=andre,mail=test2@test.com

And I have the entry that I subscribed in member field.
That's simple.... why netscape don't read the group test, but read a
user named test?!
