It's been sitting there for quite a while...

I can't give it too much attention right now.

Configuration is:

env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include/db42 LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib/db42 \
  ./configure --without-cyrus-sasl --without-tls \
  --localstatedir=/var/db --enable-crypt --enable-ldap=yes \
  --enable-meta=yes --disable-slurpd \
  --enable-monitor=yes --enable-bdb=yes --enable-hdb=no --prefix=/usr/local \
  --disable-ipv6 --enable-syncprov --enable-auditlog --enable-unique \
  --enable-rwm

Do I need to enable something?
