I've left openldap.m4 and dn2id.c, not my scene (yet) ;-)

I've removed all #ldbm*

What shall we do with:

[ghenry@suretec data]$ grep -R ldbm *
regressions/its4184/slapd.conf:# ldbm database definitions
slapd-nis-master.conf:database  ldbm

I'll get back to my docs now ;-)
