Looking at the schema in code, it looks like I need to also:
sed s/contextCSN/syncreplCookie/ dbfile.new >dbfile.alldone (or whatever).

I think it would really be a lot simpler if slapcat could simply have a flag to create a replica version of the DB as well as the provider version. Doing a sed on our database dump takes a bit of time.
