I added this to allow switching on/off reverse lookups
without recompiling the package.  If left unused, slapd
has the usual behavior, that is rlookups are on by default
if configured with rlookups.

The config statement is

reverse-lookup {on|off}

It is ignored if configured without.  I'll add documentation
if nobody objects to the change.
