Access control and Logging for Subtree

Hi,

Is it possible to configure a specific subtree (under
a DN) with or similar to the following setup.

1. a log file name
2. a log file format (fields as to what should be
logged and which events)
3. access controls
4. database

glad to contribute if it's not already there.
