On NT, I'd say TLS/SSL support is "experimental".  In fact, I consider
the whole NT port to be experimental, primarily due to the state of
documentation.

Please direct any software use questions, including those regarding
TLS/SSL and the NT port, should be directed to the software mailing
list.
