NT support

I've got some issues I need to discuss with whoever is currently maintaining
the NT support for slapd. One of my co-workers has just done some work with
it; apparently the current MSVC project files don't support dynamic modules
and some other dynamic linking features. We've got patches to add this in,
but the work was done using MSVC 6 and the original project files are for
MSVC 5. MSVC 5 is really pretty old, does anyone really still need the
project files to be at this rev?
