ITS#109: Kerberos binds broke when clients moved to ldap_init()
ITS#241: Kerberos and ldapmodify (same problem as #109, I believe)
General build support for commonly available versions.
I am sure the problems are fairly simple to fix, I just don't any
Kerberos programming experience and not enough time to gain it.
