Attribute type declaration 'bar' with Integer syntax.

'foo' SUP 'bar' makes slapd crash when sending LDAP_MOD_INCREMENT on 'foo'.

LDAP_MOD_INCREMENT on 'foo' works if it's not SUP 'bar' but directly declared
with Integer syntax.
