cn=config does not support deletes. You should not be mucking with the (still
incomplete) SLAP_CONFIG_DELETE code unless you're an actual C programmer
working on completing the code.
Closing this ITS, it's pointless to even mention this stuff until ITS #7254,
#7256, #7257, and #7212 are addressed, and none of them are targeted for
OpenLDAP 2.4.
