Actually, the control was commented out (in back-sql/init.c), because
the only rdbms I tested it with (Postgres 7-ish w/ some unixODBC 2.2-
ish) had some strange behavior on rollback of autoincrement keys.  Now,
with Postgres 7.4.8 and unixODBC 2.2.11 it seems to work fine, so I guess
it was really the rdbms/odbc.  I have enabled it again.
