Feature request:  It could be very useful to have a "jump" option to slapadd,
where one could indicate the line in an LDIF file to jump to for loading.  This
is helpful because when testing an LDIF file, there are sometimes errors, and
this would allow someone to pick up where slapadd left off after fixing the
error.
