Re: sl_free() name collision on Mac OS X (ITS#3092)

I've committed changes based upon your submission to HEAD
as well as a quick hack to OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_2.  The
later because I want to avoid making lots of changes
at this point in the 2.2 releng branch.  Please test both.
