ldapsearch - no results printed? (2.0.11)
hi,
I've read some tutorials about openLDAP, and the Admin Guide aswell. when I
have a running ldap server, and enter a ldapsearch command, it just prints
information like this, but not the result data:
wiesel:~ # ldapsearch -L -x -b '' -s base '(objectclass=*)' namingContexts
version: 1
#
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: namingContexts
#
# search result
# numResponses: 1
wiesel:~ #
---
another try ist this:
wiesel:~ # ldapsearch -D "cn=Manager, o=taponet, c=DE" -b "o=taponet, c=DE"
version: 2
#
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: ALL
#
# search result
search: 2
result: 0 Success
# numResponses: 1
---
the data exists - I can see it browsing the server with gq 0.4.0.
