Full_Name: Michael Strder Version: HEAD OS: URL: ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/ Submission from: (NULL) (217.92.147.99) Feature request: In accesslog the value of entryUUID of the entry affected by a write operation should be logged in a separate attribute 'reqEntryUUID' so that this write operations are also searchable in case an entry was renamed afterwards. Searching in reqOld is not an option because for performance reasons one would not index this multi-valued attribute which can contain lots of values.

Please revisit this ITS. I'd like to implement something like "svn revert" based on accesslog entries. Having the entry's UUID in an indexable attribute would make this more robust. This could also be handy for delta-replication if "conflicting" modrdn requests were sent by a client which result in same reqDN. Ciao, Michael.

Thanks. Seems to work. Added support for it in upcoming web2ldap 1.1.12...(searching the accesslog entries and reverse searching the target entries). Ciao, Michael.
