recent changes to the internal operations slapo-syncprov performs broke
interaction with back-sql. It segfaults while generating entryCSN (I could fix
this) but then no replication occurs. There's an issue about syncprov expecting
entryUUID to be returned for queries that do not request it (back-sql generates
entries based on the requested attributes as opposed to back-bdb which for
internal searches returns the entire entry in any case). I was able to fix this
as well, but then no replication still occurs.

I'd leave this ITS open to highlight the issue; I won't likely be able to work
at it for a while.
