	By contributing time and energy to the project! The OpenLDAP Project is community developed software. Members of the LDAP community are encouraged to volunteer to help make OpenLDAP a success. We need help in just about every area you can think of. A willingness to contribute is the key prerequisite. Those interested in volunteering time and energy to our project encourged to contact us (project@openldap.org).
	Developer's are encouraged to just jump on in. Though we do provide a list of projects needing to get done http://www.openldap.org/devel/todo.html we prefer that you work in areas that interest you!
	We ask that you discuss your activities with your peer developers or on our devel mailing list to provide technical review and to minimize wasted efforts. You should also review our Developer Guidelines and other documents.
