well, all these attributes have an eq index, and I assumed an eq index would imply the pres index. maybe that's the problem. I will try it on Friday, it's not possible right now.
No, if it has eq, that implies pres, so you are fine on indexing. I would try the search without the subtree as Dieter noted.
