You need to give a lot more information if you expect any useful help. Like OpenLDAP version (to start), what you're trying to actually do (what attributes), what you've tried, etc.
You should also read up on the tech you're using - neither LDAP or SAMBA are Plug-and-Play 'easy'.
I can't even tell if you're looking to setup something new or you're trying to administer an existing infrastructure.
