In LDIF syntax :: behind the attribute type name indicates that the attribute
value is base64-encoded (see RFC 2849).

$ python -c "print
'LXJ3LHRjcCxpbnRyLHJzaXplPTMyNzY4LHdzaXplPTMyNzY4LHRpbWVvPTUwLHJldHJhbnM9MTAgeWFrMjA6L3VzcjIvdXNlcnMvJiA='.decode('base64')"
-rw,tcp,intr,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,timeo=50,retrans=10 yak20:/usr2/users/&
