Hi,

Using OpenLdap there a way to call a trigger when a query is executed?

Yes. Use the slapo-accesslog(5) overlay, and watch the status of the accesslog database. You can use the LDAP Sync operation (RFC 4533) to perform the equivalent of a persistent search. Or you can write your own overlay that acts when a search occurs.
